I heard from my friend, a news. That friend of mine heard from some other source about the news. He said to me, the allowance that we get may be deducted in the near future. And it's because of the current economy.
I went like, for sure? Are you certain?
He said, he don't know. Maybe.
But like the malay saying, Tak ada angin takkan pokok bergoyang. Right?
LET SAY the news is true. Then, i won't get the same amount of money anymore. I will be getting less. This means less money. Less buying power. Less buying power = more 'pening kepala'.
Imagine. The rent we are paying now is already half of our allowance monthly. That's HALF! Faham tak? HALF is not equal as a quarter. HALF is HALF. and it's a LOT!
If my allowance is cut. That means the rent is going to be maybe THREE QUATER of my allowance. and that SUCKS. it does. in fact, it sucks HARD! You get what I mean?
Okay. I'm not being injustice. I'm not thinking in the favour of me only. The point is, this course that i'm currently in should be talked, and discussed at the cabinet level for many-many times. Many-many times, I repeat. Because Millions of Ringgit Malaysia is involve in this course. So, it SHOULD be discussed thoroughly many-many years before I even get into the foundation. Make sense? should be.
If suddenly you say, you want to cut the allowance after 'some' thoughts of it. What does that means?
1. No money because of the economy. Fair enough.
but it also means:
2. You do things or take things or look at things for granted. Not enough discussion. Not enough arguments. Not enough critical thinking of almost every aspect of the course. If you really, really, really did think, you should cover every aspect of the course. You should be ready for every circumstances. Make sense?
Plus! You can spend millions on celebrations. millions on festivals. millions on irrational architectural design of building that collapsed. millions on camps that lasted for at most 3 months. millions on building highways that at last, we're still paying to use it, millions on self-favourable campaign, millions on parks that do not operate.
but?! you're paying all of those expenses on the expense of education?
Err, in case you forget. Festivals are just a day or two. celebrations too. but education? the impact is chained. And you're not putting priority on it?
It's fact. Yeah the budget for education is big. But see for yourself. The expenditure is even bigger! Your budget cannot accommodate your expenses here, in this field. Can't you make sense from this?
If you say vice versa. Then tell me. Why does it takes so long for a teacher to be promoted compared to a PTD worker?
Now now. LET SAY it's really true. I mean the gossips and news. Then, you can have it all 'here'. but not 'there'.
