It is where independent creative projects from all around the world being put up for people to see. Then these projects will have pledges where people can give money in exchange for things. For example, you can pledge $1 to show your support to the item or pledge up until few thousands and receive the item products in return.
It's like a place for people with creative ideas to put up their ideas/ products/ projects and let other citizens of the world see and support them if they like. With this kind of website, it links us to the rest of our fellow earthlings!
